ALPHA OMEGA


Guitarist John Bellamy had played bass with the Sebastian Hardie Blues Band in the late 60s. Between 1971 and 1973 he left for Europe where he wrote and arranged music before returning to Melbourne in 1974. On return he formed Alpha Omega, a five-piece jazz fusion band. Their self-titled album was recorded in 1976 on the Clear Light Of Jupiter label. It was their only release.
